St. Louis – Congressman Todd Akin (R-MO), today addressed the Missouri Transportation Commission and encouraged them to include the remaining section of Missouri Route 141 on the State’s “Major Projects List.”

“Along with other deserving projects such as the Page Avenue Extension, I have long advocated for and have worked to fund the completion of Route 141,” said Akin.   “With infrastructure increasingly becoming a focus in Congress, it is appropriate that this project, which already has passed substantial environmental and engineering hurdles, be in a favored position for the funding of its final stages.”
